As a Project Manager Associate, I am responsible for planning, operational and financial control, and closing implementation/migration projects in Infor. I coordinate the tasks of onshore and offshore consultants. I report to the LATAM team and the global PMO.

I collaborate with the area of evolutionary requirements by coordinating our team's tasks and managing relationships with our clients and partners.

As an educator at this institution, I teach core subjects (Business Organization, Administrative Systems) and specialization subjects (Analysis and Methodologies) in the Information Systems Analyst career, conveying the necessary knowledge from academic training and work experience for systems professionals to understand the added value of Documentation, Management, and having a Methodology.

As an Operations Manager, my main task is to lead the area where tax solutions for localizing JD Edwards in Argentina are developed and tested. I also manage the resources and tasks of the projects, support, and Argentine localizations area in NETSUITE, and collaborate with other areas of the company to improve process integration daily. Within my role, I also manage local and regional projects when necessary. I report directly to the Operations Directorate.
