The interface was intuitive for the end-user and simplified daily administration. For the next phase, it was planned to incorporate a data analysis module and automatic alerts, so that the client can anticipate demand peaks and adjust their resources in real-time.Integration with Google Sheets as a database:I implemented the connection with Google Sheets, centralizing information in a single accessible and secure source. Thanks to this integration, the client's team could consult and update bookings in real-time, without the need for complex software. Going forward, it is contemplated to migrate part of the business logic to a cloud service that allows scalability and advanced version control, keeping Google Sheets as a backup and visualization layer.Synchronization with Google Calendar for appointment organization:I synchronized the booking system with Google Calendar, so that each new appointment was automatically reflected in the corporate calendar. This optimized schedule planning and minimized overlaps or duplicate appointments. As a future plan, it was proposed to incorporate automatic email reminders and push notifications (via SMS or instant messaging) to further reduce no-shows and improve the end-user experience.

I acted as a local partner so that the client was well-represented in search engines and social networks of the new market.
