I create educational content in visual and interactive formats (carousels, reels and lives) for a Spanish platform. I design the content strategy for Networks (LinkedIn and Facebook), analyze monthly metrics, collect and act on relevant data to drive effective changes. I answer queries, manage the community and refer qualified leads to the sales team.

I worked on the creation of the brand ÁLAMO PLATEADO, a project of an interior designer. Her idea was to keep social networks (Instagram and Facebook) active and create her first website for her sales. The tasks were: Concept development, branding and product catalog. Visual content production, writing descriptions and publication design. Web and network creation. Community management and virtual customer service.

I moderated communities on channels such as Discord, Telegram and own forums, focused on human resources and digitization. I organized weekly dynamics and surveys to keep the community active and participatory. I wrote content in the form of tips, FAQs and articles on talent management and organizational culture. I detected user needs and channeled proposals to the product team.
