Preparation of reports to recover your money, and quantify the loss or profit not obtained (loss of profits) and expenses incurred (emergent damage).

Throughout these 20 years, I have analyzed numerous companies from different sectors, both nationally and internationally (Mexico, Portugal, Miami), understanding first their business model and operations, strengths and weaknesses, and assessing their payment capacity, with the aim of facilitating bank financing for the development of their activity and/or investments. To this end, I have actively collaborated with branch managers/directors, regional/territorial managers, as well as staff from various bank areas, in order to have a 360º view, understand their points of view, and thus be able to issue my credit opinion and present it to the risk committee (which has sometimes been the highest committee of the institution). I would highlight my specialization in the financing of real estate projects (mainly residential and also logistics), where a more in-depth analysis is necessary, given the diverse factors or risks to assess (urban planning, commercial, construction, financial / profitability, economic cycle). The learning obtained from the 2008 crisis, linked to financial restructuring / bankruptcy proceedings, mainly of real estate companies (developers and constructors), is important, in order to minimize credit loss for the institution. I also prepared proposals for asset acquisition / dation in payment. I have also participated in the financing and analysis of large groups / corporations / listed companies, as well as Project Finance, related to different investments (highways / concessions, photovoltaic, M&A), considering different hypotheses, base case and their sensitivity. The work carried out due to Covid, and the granting of ICO financing to companies, to prevent their dissolution, is important. In conclusion, these years have served me to acquire a global vision of companies' financial needs, along with the risks and advantages of banking products.
