Development of an automated workflow for the structured processing of incoming emails. The goal was to efficiently classify, prioritize, and route recurring requests based on rules, thereby reducing manual processing steps.

The process was designed modularly and clearly divided into individual processing steps (Input → Analysis → Decision → Forwarding). Special emphasis was placed on traceable decision logic, extensibility, and stable workflows.

The Inbox Copilot serves as a practical example of automating recurring business processes and demonstrates how structured data processing and clearly defined workflows can reliably replace manual tasks.

This project was independently implemented in parallel with my master's studies and my work in the IT service desk.

End-to-End Python Automation: YouTube Analysis with OpenAI

I developed an end-to-end automation in Python that retrieves YouTube data via the API, incrementally synchronizes videos using a cache, and processes relevant content controllably via CLI filters (--since-date, --max-videos, --new-only).

Based on the metadata, the pipeline creates structured German summaries using OpenAI and saves them as a usable output artifact (Summaries.json).

Technically, the focus is on clean architecture, robust error handling with clear exit codes, and testable core logic (date filtering, formatting). The project demonstrates my ability to reliably combine API integrations, data processing, and AI-driven process steps into a maintainable automation workflow.
