I support startups, scaleups, and SMEs in managing cash flow, optimizing project management, preparing for fundraising, securing bank loans, and financing innovation.

To support the development of this engineering firm in the industrial SME sector for the energy transition, I have:

• Collaborated operationally with the shareholder fund to develop and structure the company's financial resources (9m€ fundraising, 6m€ bank loans, 10m€ public aid);

• Implemented operational and financial management for innovation projects to accelerate the commercialization of new products and secure intellectual property creation;

• Developed relationships with institutional funders and commercial partners, and conducted interventions with competitiveness clusters and public and private scientific actors.

In this role, created upon my arrival with a scope covering France / Spain / Italy / Germany, I supported impact-driven companies in financing their development in sectors such as building decarbonization, sustainable agri-food, and renewable energies. Notably, I:

• Structured €270m in project financing: energy efficiency, renewable energies, agriculture;

• Trained industrialists and bankers in financing energy efficiency: creation of the INVEEST program funded by the DGEC and ADEME.
