My job: build systems that absorb the repetitive so that human teams can focus on what truly requires judgment.
Six years of seeing the same pattern in very different contexts, from CAC40 companies to Berlin startups and global sustainable finance players: at some point, volume exceeds human capacity. This is where systems are needed, not more hands.
Today, I build these systems full-time, augmented by AI: AI agents, n8n workflows, internal knowledge systems.
