I have held various positions at El Corte Inglés, with my last role being Product Designer since September 2022. As a Product Designer, I have led the design of online products such as registration processes, payment gateways, onboarding processes, user training, shopping cart, and AI assistants for the Group's digital platforms. I have also participated in offline research processes and the implementation of in-store pickup systems, validation of parking registration, or hands-free payment in physical stores. Working with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and guiding UI and UX teams, we have improved users' online and offline shopping experience, aligning design objectives with the overall product vision and ensuring continuous value delivery in a complex and dynamic environment like El Corte Inglés. As UX/UI Lead, I was responsible for the correct synchronization between the UI Design and Content teams to provide the Product Designer with a solid and complete definition of the user experiences to be developed. As a UX / UI Designer, I have defined interaction models, created user scenarios and experiences, wireframes, and high-definition prototypes. I have translated the brand identity to apps and websites and participated in the implementation and development of the design system.
