I am an Investment Engineer PM CAPEX and act as a single point of contact for strategic investment initiatives backed by private equity. I evaluate technical solutions and suppliers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams (production, maintenance, quality, purchasing), translate operational and commercial needs into actionable briefs, and ensure the delivery of improvements in efficiency, compliance, and sustainability in a highly demanding industrial environment.

As Global Process Engineer, I led CAPEX projects and operational improvements in 8 industrial glass recycling plants in the UK, Italy, France, and Belgium.

I managed the design, selection, and implementation of key process technologies (screening, advanced optical sorters, P&ID, mass balances, and flow diagrams), ensuring efficient integration and alignment with performance and sustainability objectives.

I collaborated on the complete commissioning of a recycling plant valued at £25M (capacity 60 t/h), coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, stable, and on-time startups.

I also led the improvement of a £5M plant with state-of-the-art production systems, achieving quantifiable increases of +35% in capacity and +12% in yield through rigorous parameter optimization and bottleneck elimination.

I drove standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the entire plant network, applying root cause analysis to resolve process deviations, reduce variability, and maximize resource recovery.

My approach was always holistic: combining technical excellence with multi-site coordination and commercial alignment to deliver measurable and sustainable results over time.

I developed the BSI Flex 6228 standard for the analytical determination of recycled content in multi-layer food packaging made of PET, PE, and PP, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance throughout the value chain.

I provided specialized technical consulting to clients in the food packaging sector, advising on the formulation of recyclable multi-layer structures, performance validation (barrier, migration, thermal stability), and circular economy strategies to achieve sustainability goals without compromising food safety or functional properties.
