I help organizations design and execute complex legal and financial structures for capital markets, energy, infrastructure, and public–private investment projects.

My work focuses on early-stage strategic structuring, where legal, financial, regulatory, and governance decisions directly determine a project’s feasibility, bankability, and long-term sustainability. I typically operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating high-level objectives into robust, implementable structures.

I bring extensive hands-on experience advising on:

- Capital markets transactions (local and NY law), including debt issuances, exchange offers, and liability management

- Energy and infrastructure project structuring, including trusts, SPVs, and hybrid vehicles

- Public–private investment platforms and development finance initiatives

- Regulatory strategy, governance frameworks, and risk allocation

I have worked both in the private sector (as Head of Legal at a major energy utility) and as a senior advisor to public institutions, which allows me to understand and bridge the perspectives of investors, management teams, regulators, and public stakeholders.
