I developed the Clienteling iPad application from scratch, integrating the CEM solution from Splio agency.

Designed for retail and luxury employees and sales associates, the application provides a 360° view of the customer profile in-store and enhances personalized relationship management.

Sales associates can access all customer and prospect information at a glance (customer profile, purchase history, wishlist, loyalty status, etc.) and update it to foster long-term relationships at the point of sale and online.
