The Delivery Services Manager is responsible for one or more computerized business purposes (automation of a procedure or a set of tasks). They are accountable for projects in their entirety, ensuring quality of service (from a thorough understanding of needs to delivery and daily operational efficiency). My main tasks were:

- Information System Evolution Design

o Manage requests, prioritize them, and manage evolution batches

o Participate in scoping and IS adaptation and evolution projects

o Monitor vendor roadmaps, analyze impacts with application managers, and manage version upgrades

- Information System Implementation

o Lead evolutions from design to regular service deployment

o Ensure the proper execution (time, quality, and budget) of all activities related to these evolutions

o Validate SFDs and SFEs produced by application managers and assist them in writing if necessary

o Contribute to the integration strategy for evolutions and projects

o Contribute to the testing strategy for evolutions and projects.

o Define, in consultation with the business, the unit and end-to-end functional test plans necessary for acceptance testing

o Ensure the piloting of bug fix deliveries in case of detected anomalies

o Develop the specifications in case of market software package search to meet business service IT needs

- Information System Operation

o Guarantee the achievement of service levels agreed with the business

o Ensure that SLAs contractually defined with the vendor are followed

o Initiate crisis management if necessary

o Ensure the implementation of application and business service supervision

o Participate in the daily weather report

- IS Quality

o Guarantee the maintenance of functional and technical knowledge necessary for the sustainability of the business service.

o Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation for their business service

o Monitor application performance indicators and communicate them to business management

o Provide expertise in incident resolution

o Ensure the sustainability of applications in collaboration with application managers, particularly through the implementation of evolutions to prevent obsolescence

o Establish and control the operating and usage rules for applications

Within the 'Sales, Offer, and Decision Support' department, reporting to the department head, I held the position of Application Manager for Client & Commercial Animations (ENGAGE tool managed by the vendor Symphonie Retail). My responsibilities were:

- Managing relationships with external software vendors

- Preparing and leading steering committees

- Preparing and monitoring production launches and deployments

- Monitoring functional and technological evolutions (software and hardware) in the domain.

- Ensuring evolutionary and corrective maintenance of applications covering Front-office & Back Office.

- Participating in impact studies related to various projects.

- Writing functional/technical specifications, test reports, and documentation.

- Testing evolutions and fixes (using the SQUASH tool)

- Monitoring and reporting on testing progress.

- Participating in the GO/NOGO production decision.

- Participation in the following projects: Implementation of the Unique Client Repository (RCU) / Web Monoprix PLUS and Naturalia Organic Market for the Client & Commercial Animations scope / Monopflix and aBIOnement Naturalia / etc.
