Managed the deployment of a new integrated production tool within SAP for approximately 190 BPE sites and 40 aggregate sites in France: managing modules related to production, sales, and procurement. Managed, executed, and documented the renewal of the IT infrastructure across approximately 190 production sites. Provided training and support to end-users (1 to 4 operators per site): conducted training sessions, created educational materials, and relayed field feedback. Monitored functional system evolutions: handled malfunctions, proposed improvements, and coordinated with IT teams based in Mexico (in an agile/JIRA environment). Provided technical support and coordinated exchanges with industrial automation providers' after-sales service departments to analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents. Actively participated in project management (planning, coordination, reporting) within a team of 3 people dedicated to deployment and training. Contributed to the continuous improvement of the delivery tracking software with an external partner. Designed Power BI reports and KPIs to enhance logistics traceability and improve performance indicators.

Coordinated several cybersecurity projects to assist the client in strengthening their cyber culture and formalizing their internal processes. Prepared and led interviews, brainstorming workshops, and steering committees (COPIL) with stakeholders. Drafted project deliverables: minutes, summaries, action plans, and governance documents. Defined and implemented risk management strategies and monitoring systems. Contributed to the creation of a dedicated SharePoint space for centralizing and tracking cybersecurity projects, facilitating collaboration and visibility of ongoing actions.
