Creation of a Cloud/DevOps unit to manage the progressive migration of on-premise environments and data to AWS, while adhering to security and governance best practices. The team was supervised by a senior AWS architect and composed of several cloud engineers.

As a cloud engineer, I was responsible for:

- Preparing and configuring AWS S3 storage environments.

- Participating in the migration of several TB of data from on-premise servers to AWS.

- Implementing initial monitoring and alerting mechanisms via CloudWatch.

- Managing user access and permissions via IAM (+200 accounts).

- Contributing to the writing of technical documentation to ensure project follow-up.

- Successful migration of several terabytes of data to AWS S3 without loss.

- Improved data availability with 24/7 access from the cloud.

I joined the IT teams through Fujitsu as a cloud engineer, with a role of tech lead and deployment project manager. The objective was to modernize all the checkouts and self-service terminals in France, while ensuring the migration of associated servers and managing technical teams in the field. All operations, coordination, and reporting were conducted in English.

As a cloud engineer, my responsibilities included:

- Planning and coordinating the migration of servers supporting the checkout infrastructures.

- Configuring and integrating new checkouts and self-service terminals.

- Supervising deployments in 30 stores across France.

- Directly managing a team of 30 on-site technicians.

- Managing incidents related to servers and checkout systems.

- Introducing collaborative cloud solutions to improve project management.

I joined the IT department as a cloud engineer. The objective was to deploy and migrate new workstations in Orange stores across France, while maintaining the existing infrastructure and introducing collaborative cloud solutions.

As a cloud engineer, my responsibilities included:

- Preparation, configuration, and deployment of workstations integrated into cloud environments.

- Migration of user environments and data to cloud solutions.

- Technical supervision of deployment in several stores in France.
