Management and steering of network performance-related incidents through the implementation and monitoring of critical KPIs. Analysis of deviations, impact qualification, and initiation of preventive or corrective action plans in coordination with Support, Supervision, Maintainers, and Cockpit teams. Technical investigations on DSL/FTTH/FTTB, Mobile RAN IP, Mobile Core Data, and IPTV domains, with prioritization based on criticality and SLA. Transverse steering, incident backlog management, and operational communication with stakeholders. Automation and reliability of performance reporting (macros, dashboards, and Excel dynamic tables).

Carrying out preliminary and technical FTTB studies, with impact analysis on stability, performance, and validation processes. Steering N+1 test chains in the laboratory, managing validation incidents, and qualifying anomalies. Technical support to Deployment, Operation, and Validation teams to ensure the conformity and quality of solutions before production deployment. Contribution to the improvement of validation processes and monitoring of associated performance indicators.

Project management and network coordination. Steering network infrastructure acquisition, deployment, and migration projects. Planning management, deliverable tracking, and supervision of internal and subcontracted teams to ensure service quality and continuity. Development of frameworks and procedures for collecting and analyzing information necessary for site planning. Training and coaching technical teams for field activities.
