Project management success can be summarized in 3 points: a clear objective, a team, and work tools.

I intervene when you realize there is a problem. After an assessment, I identify the pillar to work on with an action plan: what, who, by when, with what means.

I hate wasting time and talent, which is why I've added continuous improvement to my skills, in addition to my >15 years in project management, including 10 in the agri-food industry.

My favorite work environment: as international or cosmopolitan as possible; I speak English and have a good oral understanding of German, Dutch, and Tamil.

And when I'm not working, I focus on my balance: sports, nutrition, well-being.
