I joined CoachPro Gard - Hérault to promote coaching in our departments. Our ambition is to create connections, share, and foster mutual support within our community, to support our coaches in the development of their skills and their business, and also to serve the development of economic players in Occitanie.

I support managers in groups or individually during their onboarding and for identified needs to develop managerial skills and improve communication and relationships with teams. I organize and facilitate forum theatre interventions in companies to raise employee, partner, and/or client awareness of issues encountered in the professional environment, for all sectors (construction, IT, commerce, health and social services, etc.).

Creator of the Forum Theatre collective, which intervenes in companies as a tool for resolving internal issues, or as a prelude to raising awareness around important themes and values.
