Faustine Duriez

Hello! My name is Faustine Duriez, I am an entrepreneur and a consultant passionate about management.

After working for 5 years as a Change Management Consultant on "New Ways of Working" projects for a large company, I designed and developed a digital solution for 6 years. This solution aimed to train employees and managers to express their positive attention to others with a ritual of sharing tokens of attention and continuous training in emotional intelligence.

I had the opportunity to discover the world of tech, manage a team of about ten people, raise funds, deploy our solution in several countries, and support companies of all sizes and sectors (insurance, defense, energy, services, etc.) in their engagement and transformation challenges.

Thanks to this experience, I have developed my skills in 3 main areas:

- HR & Management (cultural and managerial transformation, emotional intelligence, soft skills, positive management)

- Culture & Brand (definition of purpose, values, operational principles, branding, employer branding, communication strategy for social networks, branding)
