Individual and group tutoring in various subjects (Mathematics, German, English, History, French, Social Studies, Business Administration, etc.) Exam preparation for final year students (Hauptschule, Realschule, Gymnasium) Intensive workshops & holiday programs (e.g., "Saturdays for Future") Promotion of learning strategies, motivation, and time management for students.

Consultation and support of clients in the area of high-ticket coaching. Conducting individual and group coaching sessions with a focus on communication, personal development, and potential realization. Close collaboration with marketing & management to coordinate strategic processes, customer communication, and target group optimization.

In addition, independent planning and leadership of workshops and seminars, conception of learning and coaching programs, as well as active participation in marketing strategies and sales processes. Responsible for customer acquisition, follow-ups, and sustainable customer loyalty. Responsible for organization, scheduling, and internal process optimization to increase efficiency in operational workflows.
