With 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I am involved in most of the key HR functions of the company such as administration and personnel management, management of employee representative bodies (BDES, professional elections, CSE in a UES context...), payroll and Human Resources development in the broadest sense (GPEC policy, Professional Training...etc).

I also have experience in an international environment on complex HR issues: reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, implementation of global strategy...etc.

I was also trained in Socio-Economic Management at ISEOR (Institute of Socio-Economics of Companies and Organizations). This research center has developed a method to measure and reduce hidden costs in companies by analyzing dysfunctions.

I hold a Master II in Human Resources Management (ESSEC) and am currently finalizing a Certificate in Business Strategy (HEC).
