Within GRDF's Information Systems Department, I held a key role in the MADT (Gas Consumption Data Provision to Third Parties) unit, where my responsibility focused on the development and management of the GRDF ADICT offer, an offer that provides gas consumption data management and access through a B2B API.

As a project manager, my missions encompassed various strategic and operational aspects, including:

• Project activity planning and coordination

• Scoping and design of the offer's functionalities

• Participation in architectural studies and development of architectural diagrams

• Gathering user requirements

• Development of sequence diagrams and BPMN diagrams

• Detailed writing of functional and technical specifications

• Backlog management to ensure task prioritization

• Planning and monitoring of REST API acceptance testing

• Management of the schedule and allocated budget

• Writing investment validation documents

• Facilitating governance meetings such as Coproj, Comop, Copil

• Operational maintenance of applications (Application RUN)

In parallel to my role as manager of the GRDF ADICT offer, I also served as the application manager for @touvisuconso, a user interface facilitating access to gas consumption data. My responsibilities covered:

• Gathering business requirements

• Prioritizing enhancements & Writing the specifications

• Acceptance testing and business acceptance testing coordination

• Facilitating governance meetings such as Coproj, Comop TMA

• Schedule and budget management

• Application Run

This experience strengthened my skills in project management, multidisciplinary team coordination, and rigorous process monitoring, while demonstrating my ability to assume complex responsibilities within a demanding technical environment.

Due to the complexity of contractual operations, EDF's Contract Management Department initiated a major project to implement the "Pilotage Contract Management (PCM)" tool. The objective was to optimize and strengthen the reliability of contracting processes within EDF. As a project manager, my main responsibilities were as follows:

• Development and monitoring of various schedules

• Preparation & facilitation of steering committees

• Writing minutes of steering committee meetings

• Gathering business requirements

• Writing functional specifications

• Writing test cases & developing the acceptance testing strategy

• Performing acceptance testing

• Facilitating daily stand-ups with the TMA (Application Maintenance and Support)

• Functional administration and user support, including account unlocking, contract creation, and data import into the tool.

As a project manager at EDF, I developed in-depth expertise in project management, team coordination, development of acceptance testing strategies, and functional administration. My role consolidated my skills in end-to-end project management, demonstrating my ability to effectively manage complex challenges.

As part of improving purchasing processes, BNP Paribas Group's Purchasing Department launched the project to deploy a new company-wide purchasing management software called OneProcTool. This software offers a comprehensive solution for managing the entire procurement process, from supplier relationship management to goods reception, including performance tracking and service provider recruitment. As a Product Owner, my role consisted of ensuring:

• Gathering user requirements for evolutionary maintenance

• Writing User Stories

• Acceptance testing of enhancements

• Process modeling

• Operational maintenance of the tool (Application RUN)

• Change management through writing user guides for France and foreign countries

• Support and assistance to users regarding the tool's functionalities

• Providing activity reports related to the OneProcTool

My experience as a Product Owner during the deployment of the OneProcTool purchasing management software within the BNP Paribas group allowed me to develop solid expertise in IT project management, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and change management, while deepening my understanding of purchasing processes in a multinational context.
