Mission: CRM & CDP Build Project Manager

Managed data-driven CRM and CDP projects in an international environment. Evaluated and integrated CRM technological solutions by analyzing startup proposals (innovation, AI, marketing automation), assessing their business value, impact on customer loyalty, cost, and technical feasibility. Designed and implemented data flow architectures ensuring integration between external solutions, CRM, and internal systems via APIs and flat file exchanges, guaranteeing data consistency and flow within the CDP ecosystem (GCP, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce) and the MongoDB documentation base. Contributed to agile practices: wrote User Stories, defined acceptance criteria, facilitated rituals, monitored development, conducted functional tests, and performed acceptance testing before production deployment. Managed change through demonstrations, training, and documentation to promote the adoption of CRM and CDP solutions.

Mission: IT Business Analyst

Acted as a liaison for the Product Owner: gathered, clarified, and communicated the product vision to development teams to ensure business-technical alignment. Wrote and refined User Stories, defined acceptance criteria, and managed the backlog. Designed technical solutions: utilized SQL data, interfaces via API and WebServices, modeled business processes using BPM Camunda, wrote functional specifications. Prioritized the backlog, planned sprints, conducted tests, performed acceptance testing, and provided user support.

• Identified, analyzed, and evaluated major vulnerabilities in the equipment of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANRT).

• Project for installing surveillance cameras on an IP network for a public sector client: Managed access rights and interconnection for remote viewing and configuration via port forwarding on a router. Contributed to the management of risks related to third-party suppliers and partners.
