About Fatima

Are you looking for someone to guide your teams, students, or children towards greater inclusion, confidence, and autonomy? You've come to the right place.

As a human potential coach, I help everyone identify their strengths, dare to try, and move forward with confidence and authenticity. My approach is kind, practical, and positive, with a special focus on inclusion and individual uniqueness.

I work with companies, schools, individuals, and parents of children to implement inclusive solutions tailored to each situation. Specializing in DYS disorders and neurodiversity, I transform learning, work, and coaching environments to value differences rather than be hindered by them.

My background is both personal and professional: 17 years of frontline management in the pharmaceutical sector have given me solid experience in supporting people and managing group dynamics. This expertise, combined with my facilitation practice, allows me to intervene with agility and effectiveness in a wide variety of contexts.

Each mission is custom-designed: I don't offer off-the-shelf solutions, but co-creation tailored to the real needs of each person or organization.

Key skills: inclusive facilitation, DYS disorders, neurodiversity, personal development, active listening, self-confidence, inclusive coaching, parenting support, frontline management, motivation.

    HEALTH AND WELLNESS
    June 2026 - June 2026
    Rouen, France
As part of a partnership with the association Trisomie 21 France, I will soon be speaking as an expert at an inclusion awareness workshop scheduled for June 25, 2026, and postponed to September 2026. This event will bring together a diverse audience: CP and CM2 students, parents, teachers, assistants for students with disabilities (AESH), and the district inspector, demonstrating the institutional importance given to this inclusive initiative.

As an expert speaker, I design and prepare educational sessions adapted to different age groups, using interactive materials and practical scenarios. Each activity is designed to foster empathy, curiosity, and open-mindedness in young participants, while providing useful insights for the adults present.

This intervention is part of a broader effort to promote school inclusion, uniting the entire educational community around a common goal: to foster acceptance of differences and build a supportive environment for all students.

Skills used: pedagogical facilitation, awareness of differences, adapting discourse to the audience, designing inclusive workshops, working in partnership with associations.

    Le Petit-Quevilly, France
I work with various audiences to facilitate immersive workshops on diverse themes: team cohesion, diversity, communication, well-being, citizenship…

My approach? A dynamic, playful, and embodied pedagogy — far from traditional formats. Through movement, games, and discussions, I create a space where participants dare to express themselves, listen, and think differently.

Each workshop is custom-designed, adapted to the audience, context, and objectives. Whether it's to raise awareness, unite, challenge, or foster growth — I create experiences that leave a real impact.

Recent example: a workshop on prejudices and stereotypes facilitated in a middle school as part of the Week of Respect & Tolerance. On the agenda: games, movement, discussions… and real awareness-raising.

“Madam, we should do this more often!”

This feedback says it all: when the subject is serious but the delivery is engaging, something truly happens.

  • Equi-coaching Certification

    2022
