After obtaining his Executive MBA from Solvay Business School, Fatih further specialized in strategic decision-making, business controlling, and value management. His expertise includes financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cash flow and working capital management, cost transparency, and the establishment of effective reporting and control structures.
