Technology Sourcing Officer within the Technology Transfer and Industrial Partnerships Office of the Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris. My responsibilities include:

- Identifying innovations within the hospital-university groups (University Hospitals Paris Nord Val de Seine and AP-HP. Centre - Université de Paris),

- Key contact for project leaders within the hospital groups,

- Guidance, advice, and support for project leaders in valorizing their innovations,

- Raising awareness among teams about intellectual property and valorization,

- Organizing the AP-HP Technology Transfer Day, APinnov 2019.

Design of vaccines targeting different types of tumors. Management of projects from antigen selection to clinical phase. Three projects managed simultaneously.

- Project team management: Supervision; Technical and scientific support

- Schedule management

- Management of public and private partnerships (CROs, Biotechs, Academic Laboratories): Establishment of partnerships, Establishment of co-development studies, Analysis of results

- Establishment of regulatory dossiers in close collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs department

- Preparation and presentation of dossiers for investor due diligence and potential pharmaceutical partners in close collaboration with Business Development

My mission was to identify the role of ROCK1 and ROCK2 proteins in the collective invasion of cells from colorectal cancer, Caco-2 cells, in three dimensions. I was able to show that ROCK inhibition leads to collective cell invasion in a 3D in vitro model using Matrigel and collagen matrix. The main techniques used during this post-doctoral work are:
