Supply chain and operations consultant, I support industrial, retail, and e-commerce companies in making their production reliable, controlling their costs, and coordinating their flows. My approach is primarily operational: I work closely with the field, where problems are solved.

I have managed operations and factories in France, Italy, Portugal, Tunisia, and Morocco. I am familiar with the industrial realities of these countries: relationships with subcontractors, ramp-ups, cost/quality/delivery trade-offs, and managing multicultural teams in direct contact with production.

A Master Production Schedule that isn't holding up, subcontractor costs to be controlled, production to be relocated or reorganized, desynchronized flows between purchasing, manufacturing, and distribution. I go on-site, identify the bottleneck, and implement concrete and sustainable solutions.
