• Active participation in RFPs, RFQs, validation tests, and PoCs with various suppliers.

• Validation, integration, and testing of new equipment (HW and SW), releases, and software levels.

• Definition of E2E transmission engineering rules, recruitment, and creation of the transmission engineering department.

• End-to-end management and monitoring of the Free Mobile transmission network (design, study, deployment, commissioning, operation, supervision, and optimization).

• Design and engineering of microwave access solutions for Free Mobile radio sites using Atoll (architecture, link budgets, interference studies, scripts and configuration, traffic routing, supervision, and transmission network optimization).

• Identification of remote sites for traffic collection on the Free Mobile network.

• Launching requests for field surveys to refine studies, define FH architecture, and establish frequency plans.

• Supervision of installation, commissioning, and validation of microwave links.

• Optimization of the transmission architecture in line with the evolution of the fiber optic network and user traffic on the network.

• Level 2 & 3 support for FH network incidents and assistance to technicians during field interventions.

• Active participation in RFPs, RFQs, and Lab and PoC validation tests with various suppliers.

• Validation, integration, and testing of new equipment (HW and SW), releases, and software levels.

• Design and dimensioning of TDF's microwave network (long haul, short haul, and access links, multi-service TMS transmission network) including link budgets, hop profiles, frequency planning, and interference calculations using Atoll (Main and complementary TMS project in metropolitan France and overseas departments, Connect’FH project, transmission networks in French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion Island, and New Caledonia).

• Technical support during deployments and maintenance.

• Study and capacity management on the TMS network and infrastructure studies for various traffic routing options and transmission link upgrades.

• Study and design of end-to-end solutions to connect TDF customers via the TMS network (Connect’FH project).

• Technological watch and study of microwave equipment specifications from various manufacturers to evolve TDF's service offerings, development of technical specifications, and comparative studies of FH solutions.

• Active participation in RFPs, RFQs with various suppliers (Aviat, Ceragon, Huawei, Ericsson).
