In my role, I am responsible for leading several committees such as COPROJ, COPIL, and COTECH, where I ensure smooth communication and coordination among all project stakeholders. I also handle client reporting, monitor the implementation of SLAs/SLRs, and manage risks and exceptions that may arise during projects.

I define, implement, and evaluate KPIs to ensure objectives are met. Concurrently, I manage project cost estimation and validate supplier quotes (OTC/RTC). Coordination among various stakeholders and resource allocation management are also key aspects of my work. I also ensure the definition and implementation of necessary processes and procedures for the Build and Run phases.

Finally, I ensure that the impact of changes is correctly measured and that change management is effectively handled to ensure a smooth transition and good project management.
