Support and assistance for the go-live of operator clients. Troubleshooting and resolution of complex Level 3 incidents.

Consulting and support for deployment delivery project managers.

International MPLS Backbone: replacement of PE Catalyst with Cisco ASR9K: financial, risk, and technical studies, relations with Cisco Advanced Services; inventory, capacity planning, lab testing and validation, drafting of HLD and LLD.

Design, engineering, testing, validation, drafting of IP MPLS solutions. L3 Support on Network equipment: ISR, ASR, CATALYST… Management of alarms/logs for over 1200 international equipment. Analysis and implementation of filtering rules on FW (Application filters, Antivirus, etc.). Preparation of change scripts on production equipment.

Management and resolution of network and security incidents.

Management and execution of RMAs after detecting a problem on a faulty equipment under SLA constraints (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Infoblox...).
