I evolved for 25 years within the IT department of Retail Banking for Networks in France, where I held various positions from qualification to the deployment of IT solutions, including management and strategic steering. Throughout this period, I acquired numerous skills and know-how, particularly by going through different transformations at increasingly frenetic paces, where I constantly had to reinvent myself and find a new balance.

In 2017, after professional coach training, I decided to “pivot” to become an agile coach with the desire to place people at the center of my concerns and bring a professional dimension to my new role, serving the organization.

Since then, I have been supporting IT and Business employees, managers, and organizations on their journey towards agility to help them find/give meaning and offer them the prospect of new beginnings.

Generous and driven by a desire to “grow” and “help others grow,” I am keen to share my knowledge and experiences through various commitments in associations in the form of mentoring and in conferences dedicated to agility.
