As an independent consultant in CSR/CSRD reporting, I assist companies, financial institutions, and public organizations in structuring, producing, and securing their non-financial reporting. I cover the entire value chain: double materiality, ESG data collection and validation, CSRD/ESRS compliance, sustainability audit preparation, CSR governance, and performance indicator management.

At BAOBAB Analytics, I led projects for major clients such as an accounting audit firm, AFD, BNP Paribas, and INPI. These experiences allowed me to develop both strategic and operational expertise: compliance audits of sustainability reports, structuring CSR/ISR governance frameworks, producing ESG/ISR reports, conducting carbon assessments, and developing decarbonization roadmaps.

I also have extensive experience in large corporate environments: at Bolloré and then Gecina, I managed group CSR reporting, coordinated non-financial KPIs, handled responses to rating agencies (CDP, EcoVadis, GRESB, ISS Ethix, DJSI), and implemented CSR reporting tools and action plans. I combine methodological rigor, pedagogical skills, and mastery of regulatory issues to ensure reliable, clear, and decision-useful reporting.

At Bolloré, I was responsible for coordinating and managing group CSR reporting, playing a central role in collecting, consolidating, and validating non-financial indicators from various business units and activities within the group. I contributed to the drafting of the Non-Financial Performance Declaration, ensuring the consistency of published data and its alignment with regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.

I also participated in responding to non-financial rating agencies and ESG investors, structuring the responses and highlighting the group's commitments on environmental, social, and governance issues. This role allowed me to develop a transversal approach to CSR reporting, combining analytical rigor, multi-stakeholder coordination, and mastery of compliance issues.

I also contributed to the implementation of CSR action plans within operational divisions, as well as work related to the Green Taxonomy, the Tertiary Decree, and preparations for the transition to CSRD. Finally, I contributed to structuring the group's carbon management, notably by consolidating subsidiary emissions, automating indicator reporting, and defining a reduction trajectory aligned with SBTi objectives.

At Gecina, I managed the deployment of the CR360 non-financial reporting tool, from defining business needs to its operational implementation. My role involved structuring the CSR data collection, consolidation, and validation processes to ensure the reliability of indicators published across the group.

I also formalized the reporting protocol in coordination with various internal departments, aiming for harmonization of practices and continuous improvement of data quality. This task required strong coordination with operational and functional teams to ensure the consistency of information reported for regulatory purposes and non-financial ratings.

In parallel, I coordinated responses to rating agencies such as GRESB, EPRA, and DJSI Index, while also monitoring CSR action plans per building to improve the environmental and social performance of the portfolio. The successful deployment of CR360, along with contributor training and the establishment of quality protocols, permanently strengthened the traceability and robustness of non-financial reporting.
