Shopware 5 data, SEO URLs, and technical shop data successfully migrated to Shopware 6. Ensured a clean URL structure, consistent data, and a smooth transition with minimal interruption. Completed the task on time and assisted the client with post-migration checks.

As a PHP, Shopware, and WordPress Project Lead, I manage e-commerce and web development projects from planning to delivery. I work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to define project requirements, create technical specifications, estimate development efforts, and ensure successful project execution.

• Analyzing client requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications and project deliverables.

• Managing development teams and coordinating tasks to ensure projects are completed on time.

• Estimating project efforts, including required development hours, technical complexity, and delivery timelines.

• Leading Shopware, WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and Laravel development projects.

• Monitoring project progress, attending client meetings, and ensuring all work meets business and technical requirements.

• Supporting developers with technical advice, code structure, bug analysis, and implementation planning.

• Ensuring high-quality results, clean development standards, and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

I am responsible for the architecture design of the entire project with both front-end and back-end development using PHP Frameworks and also provide technical leadership to the development team.
