Study, develop, monitor, and validate production methods. Act as the interface between different design and installation departments. Implement product modifications for industrialization. Installation of workstations and production lines. Analyze and reorganize workstations to improve ergonomics. Train operators and production teams on new methods and tools. Write operating procedures. Implement the development of production tools. Analyze implemented processes to propose improvements. Conduct technical analyses with design teams. Synchronize with production workshops. Coordinate via an ERP. Intervene in the production schedule.

Ensure the design of entrusted products (Detailed 3D designs). Create definition plans including functional dimensioning and design justifications. Conduct technical studies and design engineering solutions for infrastructure projects. Maintain definition files for already marketed products in case of evolution.

Sub-assembly Beverage zone improvement projects: Identify improvement and waste reduction potentials, optimize flows, implement Kanban system. Project management for direct field improvements (reporting/gain tracking). Workflows / Work Standards: Guarantee manufacturing workflows, operating procedures, and build/maintain databases (Excel, ERP, and Word). Deploy work standard tools (standardize workstations) by priority. Lean (Primary flows, bottlenecks...): Lean manufacturing and industrialization: Participate in 5S, Kaizen workshops for cost reduction (tracking, Green Belt, etc.) and deploy Lean tools. Participate in new process/product industrialization projects (define future layouts, organizations, cycle times, etc.). Management and Change Management: Organize workshops. Lead change.
