Ca-Gip, a fully integrated entity of the Crédit Agricole Group, manages 80% of the group's production.

Within the Project Management department, I am responsible for the end-to-end management of CA-GIP's resilience projects (V-cycle and agile). ILSI (Logical IT System Unavailability), IPSI (Physical IT System Unavailability and IMPT (Massive Workstation Unavailability). BNPP (BP2i) - Resilience Project Manager

Context.

In an international environment and within the BP2i CISO team, I ensure the coordination and monitoring of the "Resilience and Survival" program funded by the BNP group (major project). From the study and feasibility phase to the realization phase, I am also responsible for the allocation and monitoring of the budget.

The program aims to address threats based on various extreme scenarios. The coherent construction of several intervention and recovery plans for the group's vital activities and applications.

Context:

In an international environment, I am responsible for the organization, facilitation, and management of security committees (CoSec) within the Corporate Functions & Technology (CFT) IT department. Representing 5 solution centers to meet the needs of 10 Central Directorates, 1 department dedicated to architecture, and 3 transversal departments ensuring operational functioning. This involves approximately 3200 employees with a budget of €442 million for 2023.
