- WordPress Site Creation Platform

After conducting a national market study on website creation and analyzing the project's feasibility, I led a team of 3 people to refine needs, organize build periods, estimate R&D launch costs, integrate project plans, and obtain stakeholder approval. During the project implementation process, I supervised project progress, cost performance, and quality, regularly reported project status to stakeholders, identified and updated potential project risks, and resolved existing issues to ensure project launch.

Led a development team of 4 people to sort through business project requirements and technical development interface requirements to form project requirement documents, determine the technical implementation plan, organize the build period, communicate with other technical departments of the group, and communicate the project implementation. Monitored project status during the implementation process, resolved project issues, and regularly reported to stakeholders.

- GitLab Automation

Independently deployed automation (CI/CD) for Laravel framework-based projects on Gitlab, and provided support and solutions for the automation of other projects on Gitlab within the company, making application creation, testing, and publishing faster and more reliable.

- Online Store

Participated in a 5-person company team project based on the Symfony framework and independently developed the payment module for the company's online store.

- Development of Internal Service API Interfaces within the Company

Within a 3-person development team, developed RESTful API interfaces for company-specific services. Subsidiary services can be called within the group's internal systems and the group's client applications.

- Integration of Internal Information Management Systems

Analyzed information system differences between group subsidiaries and worked with each manager to formulate the company's information system merger plan. Cooperated with various company departments and participated in the R&D team to carry out required development work, and finally completed the data migration and unification of the group's information system.

- Optimize and Maintain Internal Management Applications

Planned and formulated solutions and implemented the development, optimization, and maintenance of internal information system needs according to the requirements of internal HR and operations and maintenance departments.

- Deployment of Atoum PHP Unit Test Framework

Deployed Atoum on existing PHP projects, added comprehensive unit tests, and implemented validation test automation by configuring Git hooks to make validation content more reliable.
