Helping the people I support grow is at the heart of my professional practice.

Today, I work with diverse audiences – employees in transition, job seekers, Master's students in HR – on topics ranging from career change to returning to employment, including clarifying career goals, salary negotiation, and interview preparation. I also lead group workshops and provide individual support with a dynamic approach that is both supportive, committed, and structured.

As a trainer and thesis supervisor in higher education, I strive to impart knowledge with clarity, rigor, and enthusiasm, while cultivating the listening and questioning skills derived from coaching.

My approach is informed by about fifteen years of experience in human resources, gained within large international groups, which have allowed me to develop an operational, strategic, and profoundly human understanding of HR challenges. I have lived and worked in Oslo, Prague, Budapest, Bahrain, Santiago, Chile, Mexico, and today in Germany, within international organizations facing complex and global HR issues.
