I started in recruitment in 2021 within a firm as a recruitment consultant, primarily in IT but also for support functions. During this experience, I was fully autonomous in managing about ten recruitment needs. I always handled the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding the client's needs to signing the employment contract, and even validating the probationary period of the hired candidate. Following this successful experience, I decided to go freelance in February 2024. I have carried out several missions for a client in the construction/renewable energy sector and another who owns an investment holding company.

I am looking for new part-time freelance missions ideally: I handle sourcing, direct contact with candidates, telephone pre-qualification, interviews, salary negotiations, process monitoring, intermediary between client and candidate, signing of the employment contract, and follow-up of the probationary period if necessary.
