After several years of working on myself, a deep therapeutic journey and numerous life experiences, I have developed a real capacity for listening, empathy and support.

At 39 years old and a mother of two children, I have gone through different stages of life that have allowed me to develop a human, sincere and benevolent understanding of the challenges that everyone can encounter in their journey.

I offer a benevolent, non-judgmental space where everyone can share what they are going through: personal difficulties, questions, lack of confidence, separation, mental load, parenting, the need to talk or simply to be listened to.

My goal is not to replace a psychologist or therapist, but to offer a human, attentive and sincere presence, through confidential exchanges.
