I have been an Office Trainer for almost 15 years and I work in Essonne at the Greta in several professional titles (secretaries, assistants, accountants. I teach the complete Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, Teams...) but also how to use the computer with Windows and File Explorer when necessary. ...). I also offer refresher courses for people who haven't practiced for a long time.

I have specialized in teaching office skills or digital skills more broadly for over 10 years. This is for all levels: beginners, intermediate, and even very advanced. For those who have difficulty with French, for those who want to improve their correspondence, for those who want to know Excel tips and best practices, for those who want to succeed in their presentations... In short, I adapt by applying the APP method (Personalized Learning and Pedagogy).

I like to apply a fun pedagogy: mastering computer tools, the internet, and office software is done with good humor, respect, and above all perseverance.
