Experienced school nurse, I take care of the health and well-being of students by combining listening, prevention, and responsiveness. I provide routine and emergency care, monitor fragile students, manage PAI (Personalized Accommodation Plans), and conduct adapted prevention activities. Accustomed to working independently and in coordination with educational teams and families, I intervene with professionalism, discretion, and kindness to foster a healthy and safe school environment.

As a school nurse, I have developed solid expertise in prevention, pedagogy, and communication. I am used to creating clear materials, explaining complex concepts in simple terms, and supporting young people and adults with listening, discretion, and professionalism. My experience has allowed me to acquire great rigor in document management, writing, formatting, and coordinating sensitive information. These transferable skills enable me today to effectively support individuals or organizations in their writing, pedagogical, or administrative needs.

As a coordination nurse within ADAPEI, I was responsible for the overall coordination of resident care, liaising with internal teams and numerous external stakeholders.

My role involved organizing and scheduling all medical appointments, taking into account:

the residents' individual schedules,

institutional constraints,

and the availability of partner health professionals.

This fine-tuned coordination aimed to ensure continuity of care while respecting the pace and needs of the individuals supported.

I also finalized the implementation of the medication circuit by structuring procedures, securing practices, and explaining the process to the teams to ensure lasting adoption in compliance with regulatory requirements.

In parallel, I conducted individual interviews with young adults to carry out health education activities, with a strong focus on:

affective and sexual life,

understanding the body,

prevention and respect for oneself and others.

This position allowed me to develop a posture combining organizational rigor, pedagogy, listening, and adaptation, in service of respectful and individualized support.

During my interim nursing assignments, I quickly integrated into various facilities, particularly nursing homes, demonstrating strong adaptability, autonomy, and reliability.

Over several assignments, I formally supported student nurses as an identified tutor with clearly established pedagogical responsibilities:

welcoming and integrating students into the department,

transmitting professional practices and protocols,

supporting the acquisition of expected skills,

monitoring progress and supporting confidence building.

My commitment and pedagogical approach led some facilities to renew their trust in me through fixed-term contracts, to continue supporting teams and students.

These experiences have strengthened my skills in tutoring, pedagogy, professional communication, rapid adaptation, and knowledge transfer in often demanding contexts.
