Collaboration on a 4-month mission: 20 hours per week.

Joined the communication agency as a 360° project manager, guiding an internal team of creatives, developers, and other relevant external service providers.

I supported 11 clients and about twenty of their projects over the 4 months, from A to Z, including:

- Strategy, planning, website design up to launch for FNEDT.

- Strategy, team composition and briefs, photo shoot preparation in various sectors for FCD.

- Strategy, identity design, video production, and social media support, launch event in the region for Les Halles de Cluses (74).

- Strategic support, content writing, implementation of social media strategies, design of professional landing pages, writing of job descriptions and dedicated brochures for OPCOMMERCE.

Large-scale ministerial project serving actors and programs in physical activity for health purposes, catalyzed around a unique digital platform for coordination, monitoring, and connecting Adapted Physical Activity (APA) practitioners/patients with doctors.

Project stage and objective: Significant introspection after 3 years of the project's existence to clarify the client's offering to 4 identified target audiences.

Missions:

• Strategic planning, project and team management over 9 months: project review, redefinition of targets and objectives.

• Complete overhaul of the offering and communication messaging: production of key messaging, presentation pitches.

• Organization of professional events and partnership objectives.

• Website and social media redesign: website wireframing, technical specifications, monitoring of technical teams, user acceptance testing, production of visuals and social media posts.

• Production of editorial, visual, and other support content: writing web pages, presentation brochures, and video materials for each audience.

Freelancing for several years, I have worked for multiple clients, agencies, and advertisers via Malt and other platforms. I have had the opportunity to coordinate the development of numerous projects (print, web, social media, video, events) and manage multidisciplinary teams of service providers.
