    What I did at Rodeeo? I grabbed the bull by the horns 🤠

    ➡️ Rodeeo has three founders with an idea: to create an app for renting EVERYTHING:
    The car for family vacations, the bike for a romantic ride, the boat for a trip with friends, the Méhari for a retro wedding, and much more.

    👉 And when I joined the adventure, everything had to be created, and they gave me 100% trust, so I jumped in:
    - With Studio Populaire, we launched a completely quirky and fun communication campaign: visuals, videos, marketing activations.
    - I put myself on TikTok, in Instagram stories to show the "behind the scenes," and the comments and DMs were very positive.
    - With Laïo, I created videos, they launched the ads, and we analyzed what worked and started again. Our goal? To get the maximum number of downloads and users on the app.
    - I set up email automations for a super smooth prospect journey.
    - With Arthur (COO), we analyzed every week what was working to move forward quickly and far.

    Besides that, incredible things happened:
    👽 Loic (CEO) wrote a space script, and we shot the short film "The Hack" in Marseille with Samy Naceri, Sophie Tapie, and Bengous to announce the app launch.
    👩‍💻 Rodeeo was joined by Rodeeo Pro: the B2B platform that allows rental companies to better manage their rental business, and there, I worked with FX (CTO) to create the UI mockups for the platform on Figma and the first version of the B2B website with WordPress.

    What an adventure. It was a real rodeo, and I thank Loic, Arthur, and FX again very much for letting me enter the arena! 🙌

    The 3 things to remember from my experience at Yaago:

    (a digital guide that short-term rental owners provide to their travelers) 📕

    1️⃣ I deployed the brand's SMO and SEO from scratch: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and blog articles (who are we talking to, how, and why? These are the questions I ask myself for each platform).
    - I imagine and plan the content to be created based on the audience, objectives, and season (we are in the tourism market).
    - I create impactful, innovative, and creative visuals, videos, posts, and articles (hehe).

    2️⃣ I implemented an emailing strategy to attract customers:
    - I collect as many prospect emails as possible by creating white papers and webinars.
    - I segment emails based on prospect engagement.
    - I schedule email campaigns to convert them from prospects to customers (chicling).

    3️⃣ I establish useful partnerships and local influencer marketing.
    - I seek partnerships to offer useful services to Yaago customers: key boxes, deposit software, or noise monitors for short-term rentals (STR).
    - With La Savonnette (a French brand), I launched a contest and a promotional code for STR welcome kits (soaps, shower gels) 🇫🇷
