Fanny Busuttil

For 12 years, I worked for the ICRC in some of the world's most complex contexts: the former Soviet Union, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Gaza Strip, and Burma. As head of economic security programs, I saw firsthand what it means to manage critical operations with small teams, tight budgets, and scattered data.

This is the experience that founded Bridgital Impact.

Holding a Master's degree in International Business Law, Political Science, and Sustainable Leadership and Finance, I specialized in impact financing mechanisms, with certifications in microfinance and SME financing.

I progressively complemented this academic foundation with operational expertise in the technological field: workflow automation (n8n, Make), front-end and back-end web application development, AI pipeline design (RAG, LLM, agents), API integration, and the creation of dashboards and client portals.

Today, I support impact-driven organizations—humanitarian NGOs, microfinance institutions, blended finance players, and ESG agencies. I don't sell technology; I design tailor-made solutions.

Concretely, I work on a project-by-project basis with a fixed fee. Each engagement begins with a 45-minute scoping call (unbilled), followed by an on-site or video audit, and then a scoping report that serves as the basis for the quote. No jargon, no abstract promises: operational deliverables, an included handover session, and teams that leave autonomous.
