Les Naturistes is a plant set design company, offering magnificent floral installations in Paris and its region, for B2B or B2C clients for restaurants, shops, trade shows, weddings...

In collaboration with the design team, I had the pleasure of juggling project management for the Christmas period in Alsace, planning all production / installations / dismantling and the logistics required. I also got to work on garland production for Parisian store facades, as well as their installation.

A mission that was hands-on, field-based, and logistical, it was a real breath of fresh air!

Throughout October, 12 residents from around the world explored the potential of their projects to culminate in a prototype by the end of the residency.

I helped create rituals to foster community and took care of every detail to allow the residents to dedicate all their energy and time to their projects.

The goal was to provide the residents with an unforgettable experience, enabling them to be productive and forge strong bonds with other participants.

I worked alongside the CEO and the residency director to organize various events held at the Headquarters or in Paris throughout the period.

The XP Manager is responsible for:

- Designing rituals with the residency team and producing them (choice of locations, ambiances, services)

- Coordinating service providers (from selection to invoicing)

- Logistical coordination (caterers, audio/video production, venues, and other services)

- Managing the group's travel during visits

- Ensuring everyone finds their place and feels considered

- General office management for residents and other XRPL team employees
