- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Development and loyalty of a customer portfolio. Implementation of personalized reception and follow-up standards to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

- Financial and cash operations management: Responsible for cash handling, including processing flows (deposits, payments), as well as foreign exchange operations (buying and selling currencies) in strict compliance with banking procedures.
