Landseed Company was from Taiwan, had dozens of employees in 2007. Dedicated to investment in the healthcare sector, it also provided management consulting based on their successful experiences in mainland Chinese hospitals. I worked for two years and one month as a senior attaché and project manager, sent to clients - hospitals.

MISSIONS:

• Interviews and communications with employees at all hierarchical levels and all client categories

• Understanding employee needs

• Understanding and analyzing hospital operations from various aspects

• Report writing to clients to improve operations

Jiangxi Renji Hospital is a medium-level hospital, with 370 employees in 2009. I worked for two years and one month as Director of Administrative and HR Affairs, assuming overall responsibility for hospital staff and continuing professional development strategy. I contributed to the hospital's strategy and decision-making policy on personnel and/or human resources implications of its decisions. I was also in charge of the hospital's administrative affairs.

MISSIONS:

• Overall control of personnel / human resources function

• Formulation of personnel systems and strategies appropriate to the hospital's mission and objectives

• Recruitment and selection of staff

Development of compensation and reward procedures

• Performance evaluation

• Keep the board informed on personnel and employee relations policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate the hospital's strategy

• Implementation and management of a comprehensive training program to educate employees on personnel tools, policies, and procedures

• Ensure compliance with employment law

• Ensure adequate health and safety procedures

• Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales

• Management of external communication

• Management of cooperative projects with external partners

4 months of internship, as assistant to the Director of Projects and Contracting.

Activities:

Visit of all departments, understanding the overall functioning.

Participation in various meetings, discussion with participants.

Participation in interviews with department heads where managerial problems exist.

Interviews with managers at various levels to understand the functioning of all levels.

Participation in the welcome of the CHU certification.
