Organizational development in the structural engineering and social real estate sector with a focus on the digitalization of planning-relevant processes. Introduction of Autodesk Revit and establishment of BIM standards as part of a holistic IT strategy. Development and management of complex construction projects in the social real estate sector (duration: 12-24 months, individual budget up to EUR 10 million) in close cooperation with 5 to 15 project participants. Responsibility for all project phases – from conception and coordination with authorities to implementation. Optimization of internal workflows and interfaces for efficiency improvement. Active interface role between technology, management, and external partners: clear communication of complex content, moderation of meetings, management of service providers, and trusting collaboration with clients.

Organizational development in an internationally active NGO with a focus on building and implementing a globally deployable content management system in a virtualized IT environment. Management of a two-year project (budget: EUR 250,000, 22 project participants) to standardize digital communication and information processes.
