• Monitoring inter-squad dependencies: identification, proactive management of cross-functional blockages, coordination between technical teams, and reporting of program-level risks.

• Facilitation of Inspect & Adapt workshops: feedback collection, multi-team retrospectives facilitation, prioritization of continuous improvement areas.

• Facilitation of Communities of Practice: sharing agile know-how, disseminating best practices throughout the train.

• Facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective), with methodological rigor and continuous adaptation to team needs.

• Product Owner Coaching: close support on backlog management, writing User Stories according to INVEST criteria, batch prioritization, release planning, and synchronization of business/technical objectives.

• Temporary Product Owner role during transition: defining the roadmap, monitoring deliveries, aligning product strategy, and maintaining overall consistency.

• Close collaboration with developers:

o Challenging Story Point estimates to align complexity perception, improve predictability, and foster collective engagement.

o Motivating the team to favor autonomy, self-organization, and encourage collaboration.

o Motivating the team to make commitments during sprint planning and honor them (sprint goal).

o Co-construction of technical and functional solutions, in direct liaison with developers, the architect, and business experts.

o Constructive questioning of technical choices to ensure alignment with product objectives, scalability, and maintainability.

• Facilitating communication between all stakeholders (PO, developers, testers, UX/UI, DevOps, business experts), ensuring a common and shared vision.

• Proactive identification of obstacles, management of inter-team dependencies, and support for team members' skill development.

• Implementation of a shared Definition of Done, integration of automated tests, and quality indicators into the development process.

• Regular monitoring and reporting of agile KPIs (velocity, burndown, lead time), creation of sprint reports, and active contribution to the product roadmap.
