Project for a major water and recycling group. The objective is to manage the Build & Run of SaaS software, from integration to IS, APIs, SSO. The software is intended for managing stakeholders, interventions, construction sites, and meter readings in the water management sector.

- Analysis of business processes, and collaboration between business and IT departments for digitalization combined with innovation, to improve control, data collection, and business performance.

- Development and roadmap management, participation in PI Planning, corrective action on forward-looking schedules.

- Understanding and analysis of needs, co-management/prioritization of backlogs.

- Management of project indicators based on the balance (cost, deadlines, quality, risks).

- Budget/cost management, correction, calculation, and performance evaluation.

- Organization, management, and monitoring of Build and Run phases.

- Ensures monitoring of the different acceptance phases and developments in Agile mode.

- Close collaboration with business departments to understand strategic business challenges, translate needs into effective IT solutions, and prioritize investments according to ROI and business value.

- Management of complex IS programs (Build, Run, Digital Transformation) with multi-project coordination, interdependency management, and resource allocation arbitration.

- Development of strategic reporting and presentations for Management and Steering Committees with KPIs and dashboards.
