Project Manager & Operational Coordination – BombSquad Nice

As part of the inauguration and development of BombSquad in Nice, I supported the teams in all operational, logistical, and experiential aspects of the site.

My responsibilities included:

Daily coordination of operational teams

Management of schedules, inventory, and space organization

Supervision and management of private events (team building, birthdays, groups)

Game mastering: creation and animation of the storytelling, guiding players throughout the experience

Ensuring the quality of the customer experience, from arrival to departure

This mission ensured a smooth opening, efficient site operation, and a quality immersive experience for over 2,000 players.

Objectives met:

+30k revenue during the opening. 75% occupancy rate.

EVO NICE EVENT:

Complete installation and technical management of the tournament area and public space for an event bringing together over 5,000 players. Setup of all PCs, optimization of workstations, network configuration, and live troubleshooting to ensure a smooth, stable, and competitive experience from start to finish.

Assisted in setting up the Twitch live stream for the 2XKO professional tournament.

Objective achieved:

A 100% operational gaming area, zero critical interruptions, a continuous flow of players, and an experience meeting Riot Games standards.
